Way to finish off the year (and start the new one). Bob and Huy!

Did back yesterday, relatively strong but gassed out kinda quickly. Said F that and had my longest session on the bike yet.

Decided to take today off and give my legs an extra day so I can hit them heavy tomorrow. Of course, I did go for a 4 mile power walk to keep my metabolism jumpin'.
