Good day today in the gym. Changed up the schedule and hit up legs. Figured I’d rest the shoulder as much as possible. Went heavy, less reps.
Squats, something like 8 sets.
Split squats x3
Hamstring curls x4
RDL’s x4
Calf raises x4
