Back and arms today, agin with my trainer.

Wide grip lat pulldowns
Narrow grip low rows
Straight arm pullovers
Shrugs
Overhead tri extensions
Band tri extensions till exhaustion
Then some work by myself to see if I can stabilize my shoulders, take away some pain.

As I want to add about 10-15lbs, I need to eat more but having a hard time adding extra calories. Any tips? Switch from regular protein to a mass gainer? I feel like I'm still full most times from the previous meal when I should be eating again. Currently taking in around 2300 calories. Only want to get up to 2500-2600 right now.
