Now, it's a giant search engine for TV shows and movies; it doesn't host the content, just points you to the links. Some of the films you may search for are 'iffy' (meaning recorded illegally with a camcorder) if they are still in theaters, but there's some good DVD rips you can catch.
Hulu, NBC, CBS, South Park Studios (sponsored by Comedy Central, seasons 7 - 13 are uncensored and all seasons in high-def for free), these all come up on OVGuide.com as well - just a whole bunch of different media to watch.
