Barbell squats
Single leg dumbbell lunges
Suspension hamstring curls
Suspension hip flexors
Seated hamstring curls
Overhead dumbbell tri extensions (love those)
Tri kickbacks
Quick 10min run on the treadmill. Felt energy draining.
