I have to take Wednesday off the gym, and quite possibly Thursday as weel, so I doubled up with back/chest supersets. Went heavy too, let it all hang out. Great workout, still feel pumped 3 hours later.
T-bar rows / Incline bench press
Barbell rows / Bench press
Cable rows / Vertical bench
Rear delt flyes / Chest flyes (killer combo!)
Dead hangs
