Hope you lifted for both of us, Brother. Slept like crap after hockey last night and skipped today. My last regular shift tomorrow and hockey again after, so I am going to take another day off tomorrow. Figure this is one of the oddest weeks of my life, plus 4 games, and since I have the rest of my life to hit the gym, a couple days off won't kill me. At least that's how I am rationalizing it.
