Hit the gym last night, might be doing light weight to wake up the muscles again.
30 min on the elliptical, have some blisters on my right foot so kind of taking it easy.
Incline bb
flat bb press superset, wide, normal and close grips
laying overhead press
incline flys
flat bench flys
high cable press
squats
leg press
calf press
leg extensions.
