Back on Sunday, hit 8 sets of pullups (16 reps down to 9). Heavy wide pulldowns and cable rows after.
Yesterday was supposed to be leg day, but with 3 (short benched) hockey games in 3 nights, wasn't happening. Did heavy shoulders and arms instead.
Off today, 3rd game tonight. Tomorrow will be an all-body workout, then 4 days off for a little herfing action. You'll have to hit it for me, Huy.
