I'm sure you will see my rant about the gym on FB, Huy, so I won't repeat it here.
Hit the bent overs heavy, then used the new (sh!tty) T-bar. Needed to drop down to 235 for sets on those. Finished with some heavy cable rows. Back trashed, just like my mood.
