Light morning. Working on freeing up the shoulders. Lots of stretching and isometric exercises to put the joint back in place. Foam rolled the lats, rear delt area. Ouch that hurt. Bit of cardio too.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
