After 5 days off the gym, had my strongest chest day in a year yesterday. Went heavy on flats, reps on inclines, heavy on declines and heavy on flyes. Chest is still sore.
Back day today, went with the pullup first routine again for 8 sets. Heavy pulldowns, heavy cable rows, and then a few sets of barbell rows (225, 265, 295, 225) to finish. Some stretching to finish. Back already getting sore while chest is still there. I gotta take time off more often, that's my first long break since the crash.
