Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's looking like we'll have another beautiful day here in the Hudson Valley. According to NOAA, we should hit the low 60's and sunny again. Fired up the grill yesterday and threw on a nice London Broil along with a couple of baked potatoes and a tin of broccoli. Tonight after work, planning on barbecuing country ribs along with grilled cauliflower. We can hardly wait until Spring is here for good as Beth and I grill almost everyday.
