This morning after work I hit Chest, Bi's, and back. Afterwards I did a 3.5 mile hike in the woods and it felt pretty good. It's starting to get too cold for AM basketball and running on pavement or concrete paths absolutely kills my shins. I can hike all day without shin pain, so I'll take it.
