The only rule I've heard of is to store infused cigars separately from "regular" cigars -- the infusions can be absorbed by other cigars. I know many cigar stores have their infused cigars among regular stock and they do not seem to suffer any harm. But it can't hurt to keep them separate.

Other than that, you can do anything you want without any harm.
