I'm not sure if you can get a direct link to the image on flickr, but if you can...
1) Copy the direct link to clipboard (example.
http://www.flickr.com/blahbalh/blahblah/linky/img.jpg )
2) In your post put, [ img ]
pasteUrlHere[ /img ] without the spaces between the []'s and img.
3) Your done
If you can't get a direct link with flickr, choose a different host for the pictures.
