But the guy right across from me always has a car parked right in front of my driveway and there is no getting in and out for me without driving a little in my own yard. Unfortunately, if it is a legal parking spot, he has a right to park there. If it is not legal or there are other options and he won't work with you, then yeah, I would probably get ticked off eventually also.
