I will throw some deer meat in (when I get it) pretty much any meat will work, some cream of shroom soup and some french onion soup. Its good over noodles or rice and dinner rolls. I will sometimes do beef ribs when I want bbq sauce on ribs and a no fuss meal. The only way I will do pork ribs in the crockpot is when I will be adding saurkraut.

My daughter made this with beef when she was here last. It was awesome over rice! I might make it tomorrow. Thanks for putting the idea in my head!
