You know, I bet the old fashioned way of taking a sheet of 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper and folding it around a $5, $10, or $20 bill, sticking it in an envelope and mailing it to Hugh would also work well. Think of the smile you would put on someone's face by getting them a few comforts from home on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not to mention the smile you will get from knowing you helped. It is never to early to spread some Holiday Cheer. Ask him for his addy, he'll send it to you.
