You guys inspire me to push more in my workouts. Been upping the sets, which I’m sure has helped me push thru my plateau.

Back today. Meant to do legs but forgot my shoes.

Wide grip pulldowns
Narrow reverse grip pulldowns
Dumbbell rows
Lat pullovers
Low back extensions
Ab work
Cardio

Saw the chiropractor for the first time in decades. Told me I shouldn’t squat anymore. Umm, ok.
