Good God Carlos, that thing is huge!! I've only ever had one of these and hope like hell I never have another one. I was at work and they took me to the ER. I was white as a sheet. All of you that have posted that have passed at least one can certainly imagine.
I am so glad I am able to laugh about it after only four hours or so of "labor".
Last July, spent three trips to the ER of at least 6 hours each and lots of morphine and IV's, all in a 48 hour period to pass two stones.
This one was easy and the bigger they are, believe it or not, the less painful.
