Back to chest today on a short turnaround (Monday)...so I kept it light and ripped it up with the reps.
Incline bench x 4 sets
30* incline bench x 1 set
Bench press x 1 set
Superset decline press / Leverage vertical bench x 2 sets
Flyes x 2 sets
Dips x 2 sets
Pushups x 1 set
