Bring me back some cigars from the vendor on the beach! He's usually walking around selling nice LE from '17 in a glass too humidor.

Flat DB press - went semi heavy for me. First time going heavy in a long time with DB

Seated cable presses - cable rope crunches

Incline DB flies - hanging leg raises

Dips - 3 sets to failure
