Bench press 205 x 5 sets of 21 reps
30* incline press x 3 sets
Incline press x 2 sets
Hammer Strength declines x 4 sets
Dips x 3 sets
Close grip bench x 3 sets
Skullcrushers x 3 sets
Tri extensions x 2 sets
