Default Puroast.

Ran into this stuff at Costco this weekend. Tried a sample, was nonplussed.
My meter was twitching when the pimp dude was talking about a "old yet revolutionary" roasting process was used. Low heat over a longer time... Yeah, I thought your sample tasted a little "baked," sir....

I thought that acidity levels were a result of the variety of coffee, first of all, and the degree of roast, second. Read up, what are your thoughts on these guys?

Seems like a hard bill of sale and some healthy... er...."salesmanship" to me. The whole, "pH balanced diet" thing started tweaking the meter a bit. I'm gonna go eat some chalk now, be back in a bit.
