Nope....today was first day back, with the doc's blessing. Only cleared to do seated and prone upper body stuff for now, hopefully standing exercises and legs within a week or two.
Flat bench x 4 sets
Cable rows x 4 sets
Preacher curls x 4 sets
Tricep extensions x 4 sets
Dead hangs
