Equipment was being monopolized at the beginning of my workout, so I switched it up and prefatigued with some super heavy flyes.
Flyes x 3 sets
Inclines x 3 sets
30* inclines x 3 sets
Declines x 3 sets
Precor bench / flyes supersets x 2 sets
Easily the fewest sets I've done for a chest workout in a long while, yet feel like I got a great one in.
