Its unfortunate that such a stupid mistake could be made by a lawyer. There was a quote to the effect of: "Even a rookie lawyer straight out of law school wouldn't be that stupid." Well it looks like the prosecution was.
At the end of the day, Roger misses the HOF which is justice enough for me. He acted like a dick and most likely lied before congress like many others (Bonds, Palmeiro et. al.) but then again, congress should have never been involved in baseball. Bud Selig should have handled the 'steroid era' himself, but then again it saved baseball. I digress.
