I bought two cabinet humidors from cheaphumidors...One had a slight problem, and they fixed it toot-sweet at their own expense. Great customer service for me. I am sorry your experience wasn't the same, Cory, but hopefully Dave will resolve it to both your satisfaction.

I chose not to air my dirty laundry when Caputo unceremoniously banned me from the site where I had given my time and energy for years as a moderator, and then sent me some grossly insulting e-mails because he didn't have the nuts to say what he wanted to say to me on their Forum. So you will have to excuse me for not getting my panties in a wad when someone throws a small barb at Pvff.com. No offense to you personally meant by this, Jeff, just struck a nerve with me.
