Orchilean is the preferred stim, but it looks like this was only out for a short period of time before they changed it to 1,3dmaa. I will call the shop down south to see what they can do if I buy multiple tubs.

Had a great if not, one of the best back days in a while.

stiff arm lat pull downs: 5x8
seated wide grip row: 4x6
high row machine: 4x8 (drop sets)
reverse flys: 7x15 (only rest was when partner went, killer!)
wide grip lat pull downs --- face pulls: 4x6

incline db curls: 4x6 (drop set)
reverse grip ez-bar curls: 4x8
spider curl: 3x6

finished off with close grip chin ups: 3xfailure
