I work for #3 in the cell phone industry. Coming up on 13 years. No, I can't fix your cell phone. No, I can't get you a discount. And no, I can't fix your crappy coverage issues

I work on the wire line side of the network. Technical support for the control center that maintains the fiber optic network. We like to compare our work to what plumbers do, we fix the pipe, not the water. I actually love it for the most part, it's the people that sometimes piss me off.
