International Chest Day on a Monday.

Thank goodness, the gym was pretty empty. Saturday and Sunday it was nuts, I guess a bunch of college kids must have gone back today. Sure there will e new crop with a different Spring Break week later this week.

Heavy day, so not a lot of sets.

Bench press x 4 sets
Low incline press x 3 sets
Incline press x 2 sets
Icarian press x 3 sets (different angle each set)
Flyes x 2 sets
Decline press x 2 sets
Dead hangs
