I'll echo Tom about Small Batch. I've ordered almost exclusively from them for a number of years now and their service, price, and selection are all top notch.

As for what to smoke, I'm like you in that QdO, Montecristo, and HdM are some of my favorite smokes. I've really enjoyed Black Label Trading Company, Crux, and the Fuente sun grown and rosado lines, 858's especially.
