all i use my slow cooker for, for the most part, is pulled buffalo chicken. i usually use 7lb of boneless chicken thighs, hand cut as much fat off as possible, put in slow cooker with 2-3 different types of your favorite buffalo sauce (i usually use franks, budweiser wing sauce, and whatever else jumps out at me), put on high for about 7-8hours, stirring every hour. put on a bun with ranch or bleu cheese, whatever tickles your fancy, end enjoy
boneless thighs can usually had for about a buck fifty a pound, so its a cheap recipe that lasts for a while, or good for big parties
