Personally, I'd go for the Oliva V. For the simple fact that they are consistant. I've smoked about 20 or so V #4's and they were all GREAT.

I've had plugged duds from both the Tat HVI and the Illus.

But, whatever is the most appealing to you, is what you should get!!
