Meh...when I was in my late teens and early 20s, we used to do heavy squats for 12-15 sets, then drive to a toboggan hill about 10 minutes from the gym and try to run 10 sprints up the hill. Vomiting, cramping, crying. Most I ever made was 7 before having one of the first two happen....and then the third.
