Plenty of room today so I got to do my Barbell row/T-bar row supersets. Did 5 of them, then did 3 sets of heavier T-bars, followed by 3 sets of heavier BB rows. 4 sets of cable rows, 2 dead hangs and I was done. Saving a little gas fr another playoff game tonight.
