Chest and Tris day testing out LA Fitness. Made it a volume day to test out the equipment, and just basically kept it short as the angles were all different, so imma be sore.

30* inclines x 3 sets
Flyes x 4 sets
Declines x 3 sets
Vertical bench x 2 sets
French curls x 4 sets
Tricep extensions x 3 sets
