I don't usually go strong with my first NC but if I do I tend to go:

Strong NC
Light/mild CC (usually something like a JP - Conservas
Regular CC rotation after that

This is only the rotation if the NC is strong. If i do smoke a strong NC i usually smoke it and then wait an hour or two before going into the CC just to give the palate a break. For the most part I go light to mild NC to start. Usually a light bundle NC.
