Forgot my workout sweats. Working out in cargo pants sucks, trying to run stairs and do some agility work with pants sticking to your legs sucks. decided to wear the weight chain around my neck while putzing around and doing agility/cardio between sets.
Did some back and bi's.
wide grip cable pulls
jogged around the gym
narrow grip cable pulls
ass kickers
narrow grip rows
side steps
bb raises
cross overs
good mornings
high knees
db curls
stairs
hammer curls
stairs
seated bb curls
seated bb front raise or something like that, seated in a curl position and just moving
ez bar revers grip
stairs
mid-cable curls
balance ball curls.
squats using the furniture slider things to extend one leg front, back and sideways
cable twists
