Re: What's in your smoker?
Reheated some of the ribs from last night. Took the glaze and reduced it heavily. Put some of that on to start, then some bbq sauce a little while later and let it tack up. Much better.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
