Back day today, and just back, pushed shoulders back to tomorrow.
5 supersets of barbell rows/T-bar rows, high reps with moderate weight.
Then 4 heavy sets of T-bars
4 heavy sets of barbell rows.
3 heavy sets of cable rows.
Tried to move to pulldowns, but my lats were toast.
