Today was some chest ...
So of course I started with 4x10 paused front squat with bar only.
Flat bench @ 5x5 & 1x3
Incline bench - 3x10
Cable Flys - 3x10
Standing Incline Cable Flys? - 3x10
Rope Tricep Pulldowns - 5x15
Wrapped it up with a 10min cool down on the treadmill
Getting some actual cardio in tonight with the wife.
