Oooh I’m gonna love this thread. I own a small gym (currently closed).
This morning was all legs and core:
1) Front squats 5 x 8
2a) DB walking lunges 4 x 20
2b) Russian twists 4 x 40
3a) BB hip thrusts 3 x 12
3b) Cossack squats 3 x 20
4) single leg calf raises 2 x 20 per side
