The cravings appear from time to time, no matter how long it's been since you smoked your last one, Crystal. I quit for three years (the first time) and had cravings from time to time. My dad hasn't touched a cigarette in twenty five years, but he said if he finds out that he only has so long left to live, the first thing he was going to do was start smoking again. He says he still craves one after a big meal.

Whatever you do, don't say you are going to smoke just one for the hell of it, b/c that leads to another, and another, and...
