Chest/shoulder day with the trainer.
Incline barbell press
Arnold presses
Dips
Side lateral raises
Incline flys
Upright rows
Wrapped up with a couple rounds of cardio. 45 seconds of push-ups, followed by 45 seconds of battle ropes. Holy sheet that killed me. Chest was spent by second set of push-ups.
Making progress slowly but surely.
