Bench press - 4 sets
30* incline - 2 sets
Incline bench - 2 sets
Icarian incline - 3 sets
Flyes - 3 sets
Hammer Strength Decline - 3 sets
Thought about doing dips and said **** that.
Did some Skullcrushers and pushdowns for tris instead.
