Hammie curls x 5 sets
Cambered curls x 4 sets
Preacher curls x 4 sets
Close grip bench x 5 sets
Pushdowns x 4 sets
Yeah, I guess it wasn't all that short.
Now either 5 or 6 days off, depending how I feel Monday. Sh*t, that's a long time, I think I'll plan on a Monday lift.
