Good back workout today. Hit cables and pulls hard and heavy, then after prefatiguing I hit the T-bars heavy heavy. Great lift.
Wide pulldowns x 5 sets

T-bar rows x 4 sets & 1 drop set
Pull ups x 2 sets
Dead hangs
