mmmmm..... very tasty. My wife and sister in-law enjoyed as well.

I need to get some different red curry paste though. This stuff I have doesn't have any heat to it at all. Tasty, but no bite.

BTW, the only extra I added was a pile of fresh mushrooms. May try something else the next time.
